I just bought this Siglent SDS1102X oscilloscope this week. It arrived with old firmware on it. Or at least, not the newest firmware available on the Siglent website. While reading about the scope I saw a few people asking questions about the upgrade process, so I thought I’d video it as a reference for future updaters. Also I believe the update process should be identical for the SDS1202X oscilloscope as the only difference is the bandwidth.
I won’t include a direct link to the firmware as by the time you watch this there might be a newer version out that should be installed instead.
